FOR MY GENIUS HOUR PROJECT I AM GOING TO MAKE Brownies   


This clip should give you a pretty good idea of how to make Brownies.
Im going to bring in some brownies in for people to try and say if they like them or not. I am going to record it with tally marks.













How to make brownies 
You'll need:
 3 quarters of a cup of flower,1 quarter cup of coco,1 cup chocolate chips, Three quarters of  salted butter,1 cup of sugar and three eggs.




step1.put your butter in any bowl you like but it has to be big


step2.put the bowl over hot water and wait for it to melt


step3.once its melted  whisk it around and put the chocolate chips in the melted butter and let it melt


step4.once its melted whisk it around


step5.Then pour all of your sugar in the bowl and whisk it around and let it cool
step6.Then crack one egg in a small bowl  and put the egg in the big bowl and do the same thing with the other two eggs and whisk it
step7.preheat your oven to 325 degree F
step8.Then get a shifter and shift the coco and the flour into the big bowl and whisk it
step9.get a tray and baking paper and put the doe on the tray
step10.put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes
step11.when there ready let them cool for 2 hours

if you want to you can heat up some hear shy choc chip and dip your brownies in it ( don't make the choc chip to hot)

Things I need to fix up



The only problem was it was a bit small and too much chocolate
They were a bit too rich
A bit way too much sugar
It needs more chocolate
It was too dry
